Casa Bambú Pedasí is an unusual restaurant specialized in French cuisine that has come to delight the palate of tourists and residents of this cozy fishing village on the Azuero Peninsula. This is a fresh, nice and relaxed place where you can enjoy from a simple but well-prepared cup of coffee to a refreshing cold beer, elaborate dishes an exquisite snacks or appetizers at any time of the day to have a pleasant time with friends and family.
Among the French cuisine diches, the typical Galette stands out. This is a gastronomic specialty of the Brittany region in the west of France that is a type of crêpes usually stuffed with ingredients such as cheese, meat, fish, vegetables, etc., but there is also a sweet version. Currently, Casa Bambú Pedasí is the only Creperie Bretonne in all of Panama. Additionally, they offer an exclusive selection of French wines, especially rosé wine that is very famous in Saint-Tropez, land of rosé wine for decades.
Casa Bambú Pedasí was created by Romain Boulhic, who arrived in Pedasí at the end of 2014 to work on different projects. Upon discovering this place, he fell in love with the site and decided to undertake this life project. He bought a property in town that had a small house with a large courtyard where Boulhic saw potential and began working on the construction of Casa Bambú Pedasí, a work that took almost 3 years. With dedication and effort, he created lamps, tables, seats, decoration and more with fully recyclable materials, making each piece unique.
Casa Bambú Pedasí is known in the area for the excellent gastronomic proposal, unparalleled service, fresh products and unique creations at competitive prices. In addition, it is an ecological restaurant that tries to reduce the environmental impact, and the only place where you can eat with your feet in the sand!!
